Day 1
FLIGHT TO MIAMI • SET SAIL:
Discover the Panama Canal
and splash around the Caribbean on this exotic sailing
adventure. We transfer to the Charlotte airport for our flight
to Miami and then set sail aboard Norwegian’s Jewel. With
15 decks, filled with a world-class spa, glittering shops,
numerous dining choices and entertainment beyond our
dreams, this Jewel-class ocean liner is a sparkling Jewel in
Norwegian’s fleet.
Day 2-3
AT SEA:
Snuggle down and sleep late or get up
early to watch the sun rise over the ocean. Relax
on the deck or unwind in pristine staterooms and recline
into total relaxation at the award-winning Mandara Spa®.
Discover a wide range of complimentary and specialty dining
on board, including Cagney’s Steakhouse and the French
restaurant Le Bistro. Gaze into the gorgeous, blue-green
water of the Caribbean as we sail towards Cartagena.
Day 4
CARTAGENA, COLOMBIA:
The old walled city of Cartagena
reflects a turbulent history of conquistadors and pirates.
Climb “las murallas” for an unforgettable view of the harbor.
Shop for emeralds and leather goods along the cobblestone
streets of this enchanting city. Snap photos of the picturesque
squares and colorful colonial buildings. Or simply sit and
enjoy the tropical climate of this popular beach destination.
Day 5
PANAMA CANAL • COLÓN:
Today you may wish to
book an optional overland journey on our partial transit
of the Panama Canal. Once we arrive at Gatun Lake, booked
shore excursion guests can disembark for an unforgettable
adventure that not only promises beautiful scenery and
wonderful photo ops, but an exciting jaunt to Colón, where
guests will resume their cruise back aboard the ship. Please
note, only booked shore excursion guests can disembark
at Gatun Lake. Everyone is welcome to explore at our next
port-of-call in Colón. As we arrive in the Caribbean seaport
of Colón, grab a good spot on deck to take in the view of
the Atlantic Ocean entrance to the Panama Canal. What a
picture it is! Born from a desire to reach California as fast as
possible during the Gold Rush, this industrious town was the
last stop on the 19th century Panama
Railroad. It’s now home to Canal Zones
and much beauty. Sailing into the
Caribbean, we travel to Puerto Limón,
Costa Rica.
Day 6
PUERTO LIMÓN, COSTA RICA:
Ever
seen a sloth? Puerto Limón is the
place for it. Pay close attention when you
dock as many guests have reported seeing
peaceful sloths lumbering in the trees
right in port! Limón is also known for
its multi-cultural community, festive
annual carnival celebration and a mustsee
stop for eco-friendly tourists. The
region’s unique geography and neotropical
climate combined with abundant
rainforests make for one of the most
naturally diverse “biospheres” in the world.
Day 7
AT SEA:
We have sailed all around the Caribbean, and
now we continue make our way north to Belize, passing
Nicaragua and Honduras port side of the ship (our left). Relax
and enjoy the sunshine. Our adventure is not over yet!!
Day 8
HARVEST CAYE, BELIZE:

Norwegian’s private island, we are presented with so
many options to fill our day. With diverse ecology consisting
of jungles, rainforests, swamps, coral reefs and more we
can find solace and adventure in the island’s 75 acres of
stunning landscape. For solace, enjoy a walk on its 7-acre
white sandy beach or go shopping for Moho chocolates or
handwoven items to take home. For adventure, jump into
the 15,000 square foot swimming pool or take a ride on the
1,300-foot zipline 136-feet high above the ground. Find the
Blue Morpho, a free butterfly and wildlife sanctuary, and
learn about life on the island. Search out the lagoon and the
lighthouse for more great photos. Enjoy Harvest Caye!
Day 9

This afternoon we arrive in Cozumel, off the
tip of the Yucatan Peninsula which continues to be known

warmth and charm. You can book an excursion and tour
the city of Cozumel or explore the white sand beach at the
nearby Chankanab National Park.
